The United States Senate has passed a resolution, sponsored by U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott, applauding the University of South Carolina Women’s Basketball team for their victory in the 2024 NCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship.
The USC Women’s Basketball team achieved an undefeated season, boasting a remarkable 38-0 record and securing their third national championship title.
"I’m pleased to have collaborated with Senator Scott to advance a resolution acknowledging the Lady Gamecocks’ exceptional season," remarked Senator Graham. "As undefeated national champions, they bring immense pride to South Carolina."
